MIAMI-DCT Industrial Trust Inc. has purchased 8551 NW 30th Terrace, a 100,000-square-foot distribution building in the Airport West submarket of Miami, for an amount of $7.5 million or about $75.00 per square foot. With this acquisition, DCT Industrial's Miami portfolio has increased to 761,792 square feet.
