ALEXANDRIA, VA-Trammell Crow Co. and Equity Residential are planning to restart construction of a long-stalled apartment project at North Henry and Madison streets in Alexandria this spring. The 360-unit apartment building known as the Madison will be coming up near the Braddock Road Metro station.
The project will have nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The Madison apartment building will include one- and tow-bedroom units and studios, and it will be completed in summer 2013.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
