MANCHESTER, NH-The Federated Companies has started construction work on Legacy Park Manchester, a single-family home and apartment community in Manchester, New Hampshire. The community, which sits on a 12.6-acre land, will include 11 single-family homes and 6 three-story apartment buildings having 195 multifamily residences.
The single-family homes will contain a five-bedroom layout, while the apartment will have one- and two-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 617 square feet to 861 square feet. The project will be completed in late December.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
