LOS ANGELES-Holland & Knight LLP, a Tampa, Florida-based law firm, is holding to its LA offices downtown. The firm has signed a lease for seven years for 42,000 square feet at the Mellon Bank Center at 400 S. Hope St.
Holland & Knight has leased the space from New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties for $10.4 million.
