WASHINGTON, DC-McLean-based Insight Property Group LLC has purchased a Fredericksburg apartment community for an amount of $18.25 million. The company has acquired Townsend Square Apartment community, a 200-unit complex off U.S. Route 1 and near the Fredericksburg Virginia Railway Express station and Interstate 95.
Townsend Square, which comprises two- and three-bedroom units, was built in 1996 and is located south of Washington. This is the sixth acquisition for Insight Property Group.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
