NEW YORK CITY-The International Securities Exchange has signed a lease renewal deal with Piedmont Office Realty Trust for 64,395 square feet of office space at 60 Broad Street. The deal also includes a six-year lease expansion for five floors in the glass downtown tower.
In the lease transaction, Robert Eisenberg and Mark Weiss from Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Anthony Stapleton, Arthur Stern and Eric Sarner from Cogswell Realty.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
