DENVER-A joint venture between Edgewood Companies and Lowe Enterprises has purchased the Solarium office building, which measures 171,189 square feet at 7400 E. Orchard Road in Greenwood Village, from Legacy Partners. The property was changed hands for $13.96 million.
The office building, constructed in 1982, is nearly 82% leased. Mark Root with Cushman & Wakefield operated as mortgage broker for the joint venture. Chad Flynn, Mike Winn and Tim Richey from Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
