SAN DIEGO-Seattle-based Security Properties Inc. has signed a master lease deal for 15 years with Thomas Jefferson School of Law. The law school has agreed to occupy Entrada Apartments, a 172-unit complex at 453 13th St. in San Diego.

The law school will use the apartment complex as student housing for its law students. Security Properties has bought the building in July 2010 for $22 million. Terms of the deal were not revealed.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
