LOS ANGELES-New York-based LeFrak Organization has leased its 12-story office building located in the center of Hollywood. The firm has leased 7,249 square feet in the 176,000-square-foot tower located at 7060 Hollywood Blvd. to Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar for $3.4 million.
The Minneapolis-based restaurant chain has leased the space for 10 years. Live Nation Entertainment Inc. and ID Public Relations occupy the remaining space in the building.
