INDIANAPOLIS-Minneapolis-based Meritex Enterprises Inc. has acquired a foreclosed property measuring 307,000 square feet in suburban Indianapolis from RORI Property Holdings. The three-building office and warehouse property is situated in Fishers, Indiana.
