LOS ANGELES-Brokers from NAI Capital's Encino office have closed two transactions in the San Fernando Valley. William S. Heller Company has sold a correctional facility and halfway house measuring 16,770 square feet at 8141 Orion Ave. in Van Nuys.

In another deal, Panera Bread has signed a long-term lease for 4,000 square feet of retail property 16624 Ventura Blvd. in Encino.
