LOS ANGELES-Pacifica Host Hotels from San Diego, a division of Pacifica Cos., has become the new landlord of Aloft Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga. The company has acquired the 135-room hotel situated near the Ontario Convention Center for $8 million.
Michael de Jesus, a spokesman for Pacifica, has said that the company will own as well as manage the hotel. Aloft Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga was formerly owned by a group that constituted The John Buck Co. of Chicago.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
