NEW YORK CITY-The Center for Microsurgical Breast Reconstruction is relocating its office from ULM's 1776 Broadway to Third Avenue and 41st Street. Plastic surgeon Robert Allen, who leads the center, has inked a long-term lease with ATCO Properties & Management for 4,228 square feet of office space at 630 Third Avenue.
The center will relocate into the 22-story building by late March. Halstead Commercial represented the center, and Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord in the lease deal.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
