SAN DIEGO-Zephyr Partners has acquired a development site, which measures 27,687 square feet at 1030 Pearl St. in San Diego, for an amount of $7.5 million. The company has purchased the site, which is set apart for 24 townhomes, from Pearl & Herschel LLC.
