NEW YORK CITY-Accor SA has put its Hotel Novotel, a 480-room hotel at 226 W. 52nd St. north of Times Square, on the market for sale. The French hotel operator also holds Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Motel 6 brands.
An Accor spokeswoman has said that they buyer of the Times Square property will need to retain Accor as the long-term manager of the hotel. Accor has hired Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels to market Hotel Novotel.For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
