MIAMI-Grubb & Ellis Company has negotiated a lease for an office space in Miami. BenTrust Financial has signed a long-term lease deal with TIAA-CREF for the Class A office space measuring 9,000 square feet in Waterford at Blue Lagoon.
The financial services company has leased space in the 10-story office complex for $1.8 million. Mitchell Millowitz and Lance A.
