NEW YORK CITY-A former Methodist church located at 405-415 South 3rd Street has sold its plot in Williamsburg for an amount of $1.3 million. The land encircles an entire city block.
An unnamed buyer has acquired the plot through an all-cash transaction. The church has an entire city block that encompasses about 25,000 square feet of buildable space. Mark Lively and Robert Knakal from Massey Knakal handled the transaction together.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
