ORLANDO-Dowd Properties' Celebration office has closed the sale of a multifamily site in southeast Orlando. Young Pines Land Partners LLC has sold the 168-unit multifamily site situated at the crossway of Young Pine Road and Curry Ford Road, just east of State Road 417 to Southern Investment Group LLP for $1.1 million.
