NEW YORK CITY-J Edlin Interiors is relocating its current location at 245 W. 29th St. to a few blocks away at 122 W. 27th St., a 120,000-square-foot building. The furniture company has signed a 10-year lease with Northern Start Textile Corp. for 10,000 square feet in the 12-story building situated between Sixth and Seventh avenues.
