NEW YORK CITY-William Macklowe has recently acquired 636 Sixth Ave., a 90,000-square-foot office property at 19th Street, along with ING Clarion Partners for an amount of $42.5 million. Now, Macklowe has hired a Jones Lang LaSalle team to manage leasing as well as marketing for the six-story property.
Asking rents in the building will be in the mid-$50s. Matthew Astrachan, Mitchell Konsker, Matthew Ginberg and Jonathan Tootell are included in the JLL team. Studios Architecture has been hired to improve the property.For the full story, go to New York Post.
