CAPE CORAL, FL-Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC, an alliance member of Cushman and Wakefield, has closed the sale of two office buildings in Cape Coral. John D. Sword has acquired the office buildings located on a 40,000-square-foot land parcel at 3625 Del Prado Blvd.
