MEMPHIS-Loeb Properties Inc. has revealed its master plan at Memphis Heritage's office for Overton Square. The conceptual master plan shows a retail grocery measuring 53,500 square feet and a parking lot having more than 300 spots for parking vehicles.
As per the plan, Overton Square will be facing Cooper Street. Loeb has been working along with Montgomery Martin Contractors LLC, Looney Rick Kiss, the city and others to develop the initial plan for the retail development.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
