ST. PAUL, MN-A major renovation planned for Maplewood Mall, a 911,879-square-foot shopping center in Twin Cities, will begin in April, said Simon Property Group Inc., the management company for the mall. The renovation for the 37-year-old mall will include new flooring, new exterior signage, new mall entrances and remodeling the food court.

The shopping center has more than 130 stores and tenants such as Kohl's, Sears, JCPenney and Macy's occupy space there. The renovation will be completed in early 2012.For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
