HOUSTON-Research Hotel Partners LP is planning to construct the third Hyatt Place in The Woodlands in Houston. The Woodlands Hyatt Place will be constructed on a 4.3-acre site at Grogan's Mill Road and Research Forest Drive.
The hotel will include 50 suites and guestrooms along with a banquet and meeting space measuring 6,000 square feet. Houston-based New Horizons Hospitality will develop the hotel.
