ODESSA, FL-Prudential Commercial Real Estate-FL has completed the sale of two buildings situated on Gunn Highway in Odessa. Paladin Properties has sold the two buildings measuring 28,000 square feet at 1838/1842 Gunn Highway to Gunn Highway REEP, LLC for $3.1 million.
The Gunn Highway property sits on a 2.79-acre site. The seller will continue to occupy space in one of the buildings, while Pro Tech Monitoring has leased the other building. Matt Shaw and Renee Dyer from Prudential negotiated the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
