ORLANDO-Bavar Properties Group has negotiated a new lease deal in Orlando for an office/flex space. Simplex Grinnell and ADT Security Services have inked a lease for 10 years to jointly occupy the flex space measuring 43,445 square feet at 6830 Shadowridge Drive in the Semoran CommerCenter, a 190,100-square-foot Class A office/flex project at Orlando International Airport.
