BERRY HILL, TN-2605 Franklin Pike Partners has purchased a retail site in Berry Hill's Franklin Pike corridor. The retail site was sold by Vastland Development Partners for $1.5 million. 2605 Franklin Pike Partners is financing the purchase with a loan from Pinnacle National Bank of $1.13 million.
The retail site, which measures 0.8 acres, houses Family Dollar and situated directly opposite The Melrose shopping complex. 2605 Franklin Pike Partners is headed by George N. Spiva, the company's General Manager. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
