NEW YORK CITY-Bonobos has inked a lease for a full-floor area of 10,000 square feet of space at 45 W. 25th St. for three years. The men's fashion retailer was previously occupying space at 59 W.19th St.

The asking rent for the space was $30 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Yvonne Chang and Howard Rosen blum from the Kaufman Organization, and Alan Locker with Bonafide Estates represented the ownership.For the full story, go to New York Post.
