WEST PALM BEACH, FL-The sale of the CityPlace Office Tower located in West Palm Beach is close to completion.
The buyer, KBS Realty Advisors, has entered into a contract to purchase the office building measuring 300,000 square feet for around $130 million. According to sources inside KBS Realty Advisors, the sale of the office tower is expected to close by mid-March of this year.
