CHICAGO-Bill Davies, who acquired the 3-million-square-foot Old Main Post Office building at 433 W. Van Buren St. in Chicago, has signed another deal. The developer has inked another contract with the U.S. Postal Service to purchase a five-story annex building for $14 million.

The 250,000-square-foot building, known as the Sugar House, is situated at 358 W. Harrison St. The postal service used the Sugar House building for carriers and for mail sorting. The postal inspectors also used the building as offices.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
