NEW YORK CITY-DirecTV has enlarged its space to 117,000 square feet at One Rockefeller Center. It has leased 52,828 square feet on the entire 2nd floor and the 18th floor of the center from Tishman Speyer Properties who controls Rock Center.
Until the new space is ready, DirecTV will occupy the third-floor space on a temporary basis. Asking rent in the center is in the mid-$70s range. Arthur Mirante and Adam Rappaport of Cushman & Wakefield represented DirecTV.For the full story, go to New York Post.
