
NEW YORK CITY-Electronic Arts has inked a lease deal for five years for 7,213 square feet on the 36th floor of 1515 Broadway. The company has leased the space from SL Green.
The game developer will become neighbors with other companies such as Paramount Studios, MTV and Nickelodeon in the building. Natasha Brown from Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while David Kaufman from SL Green represented his company in the lease deal.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
