FORT LAUDERDAL, FL-Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. has closed a lease deal for a retail building in Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale Bierhaus, a/k/a the Neuweg Restaurant Group has signed a lease for 10 years with Dickerson Enterprises, Inc. for the 11,906-square-foot retail building at 2861-2881 East Commercial Blvd.
The tenant has leased the building for $1,465,628. The new restaurant will be opened in summer 2011. Neal Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
