WICHITA, KS-Oxford Development Holdings is planning to build a new senior housing campus in Wichita. The campus will be built by Slawson Cos, owner of NewMarket Square, and will be located on 40-acres of office park area.
The entire project is expected to cost $12 million with the campus featuring 77 units of assisted living facilities and memory care units. Construction is expected to begin in 90 days and is slated for completion by the summer of 2012. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
