AUSTIN-Construction on a new student-housing complex located close to the University of Texas is expected to begin in the middle of next year. Crescent Resources, the developer, is expected to break ground on the project soon.

The complex will house 167 units and 477 beds and will include a lounge, cafe, tanning beds and a pool. The unit sizes will range from four-, two- and one-bedroom apartments to studio apartments. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal.
