SEATTLE-Nordstrom signed a contract to lease all the downtown office space of Seattle Art Museum that was previously leased to Washington Mutual. The company, which had signed a lease for three-quarters of SAM's office space a year ago, has signed another lease deal to occupy the remaining space.
SAM holds eight floors in a 16-story building. Nordstrom, which had leased six floors a year ago, has now leased the remaining two floors that total nearly 58,000 square feet.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
