NEW YORK CITY-Affiliates of the NYSE Euronext have sold two buildings to Michael Steinhardt of Steinhardt Management for $65 million. The former American Stock Exchange Building located at 86 Trinity Place changed hands for $17 million, and the adjacent building at 22 Thames St., aka 123 Greenwich changed hands for $48 million.
The new owners are planning to replace the Trinity Place building with a retail complex and a 174-room hotel, and the 10-story Thames Street building with a 60-story building for rentals.For the full story, go to New York Post.
