MIAMI-One Bal Harbour Resort & Spa has sold 39 units to an affiliate of Brilla Group for $12.1 million. The hotel-condo was developed by now-bankrupt WCI Communities. WCI Communities has already sold 51 units to Elcom Hotel and Spa and Elcom Condominium.
The Brilla Group affiliate, OBH Investment Properties purchased the 39 units on Feb 24 from Elcom. Elcom had also sold three other units in the previous month for $2.4 million. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
