BALTIMORE-A new supermarket will be built in the neighborhood of Howard Park by a partnership headed by Vanguard Equities Inc. The project, which has been in negotiations for over four years, will cost $13.5 million. The official sign-off was given by Baltimore city mayor on Wednesday.
The new ShopRite supermarket will be located in Liberty Heights Ave and will measure 67,700 square feet. ShopRite will replace the previous supermarket store, Super Price, which had closed shops over 10 years ago.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
