ORLANDO-Thomas D. Wood and Company, a member of Strategic Alliance Mortgage LLC, has secured $7,400,000 in financing for Bonita Exchange Land and Dollar General Kissimmee. Joe Dear of Thomas D. Wood and Company has secured $1,300,000 in financing for Dollar General Kissimmee.
The borrowers required a loan to construct a retail facility at 2220 Michigan Ave. in Kissimmee. Dear also secured $6,100,000 in financing for Bonita Exchange. The borrowers needed a bridge loan to refinance their existing debt.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
