TAMPA, FL-CB Richard Ellis has named three new leaders to its Asset Services team. The new appointments—Julie Palmer-Nicholson, Chris Prather, and Lacey Willard— are part of a move to meet the evolving demands of commercial real estate owners.

The restructuring comes on the heels of Patricia Nooney’s appointment as senior managing director of Florida. Nooney oversees the delivery of brokerage, project management and asset services for institutional clients and collaborates with CRBE’s Capital Markets professionals to deliver debt and equity solutions.

“There was an opportunity to strengthen client relationships,” Nooney tells GlobeSt.com. “We’re responding to the changes of today’s market.” Nooney came to Florida in October 2010 from Las Vegas, where she served as CBRE’s managing director and market leader. When she came to Florida, her goal was to provide an integrated and coordinated service delivery for CBRE clients. The promotions forward that goal.

A nine-year CBRE veteran, Palmer-Nicholson was named Director for Asset Services. She will focus on client relationships and new business development. Before joining CBRE, Palmer-Nicholson was an associate director and manager of Bank of America Plaza in Tampa and has managed Bank of America Plaza and 100 North Tampa under the CBRE banner.

Prather, will now serve as senior director of Operations for Florida. In his new role, he will oversee financial and personnel matters, supporting the operations side of the business for CBRE’s seven offices throughout the state.

Finally Willard will now focus on the growing lender and special servicer client base as associate director with the Recovery and Restructuring Services Group in Florida. In 2010, she participated in 17 active receivership assignments across Florida.
