PITTSBURGH-David Koch has joined CB Richard Ellis' Pittsburgh office as an executive vice president. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Koch worked as a senior vice president at Fischer & Co.'s Pittsburgh office.
Koch has jointed the Pittsburgh office's tenant advisory unit. The biggest deal handled recently by Koch was a 250,000-square-foot office deal in the Dominion Tower Downtown in 2008. Koch has also worked with LeBarge and WESCO. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times.
