SEATTLE-A redevelopment plan for a Qwest Field lot may finally break ground this year. Daniels Real Estate President Kevin Daniels has said that the firm is expecting start first phase of the project by late fall.
The project's first phase will include a four-story building with 48 apartments, 19,000 square feet of retail space and a garage with nearly 380 stalls. The project will come up at South King Street and Occidental Avenue South.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
