NEW YORK CITY-Brokers from Eastern Consolidated are planning to market a pair of retail assets totaling 12,618 square feet at 200 East 27th Street and 201 East 25th Street. The two retail properties will be marketed for $11.27 million.

The properties are now leased to Ricky's, D'Agostino Supermarket and the Murray Hill Quick Shop. Along with the retail assets, a 78-spot parking garage passable from East 26th Street will also be marketed.
