CAMBRIDGE, MA-Epizyme Inc. has inked a new lease to relocate its corporate headquarters within Cambridge. The office and research building measuring 18,400 square feet is located at 325 Vassar Street. Biomed Realty Trust is the owner of the building.
Epizyme's new lease is approximately two fold of its current lease at Riverside Technology Center in 840 Memorial Drive, Cambridge. Boston-based Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Epizyme in the transaction.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
