NEW YORK CITY-Drinker, Biddle and Reath, a law firm based in Philadelphia, is moving from its 12,000-square-foot space at 140 Broadway to a bigger space at 1177 Sixth Avenue. The firm has signed a 10-year lease deal with Silverstein Properties for 15,375 square feet at the 1-million-square-foot tower located at 45th Street.
