BOSTON-The proprietors of the old Filene's property situated in downtown Boston are now planning to sell the mixed-use project as a housing development. City Hall is forcing New York-based Vornado Realty Trust, the principal owner of the property, to sell the site, which was previously marketed as a hotel, housing, office and retail complex.
