MILWAUKEE-Marcus Corp. of Milwaukee is preparing to start a $115 million project on West Blue Mound Road near Barker Road in the town of Brookfield. A Von Maur department store will occupy 150,000 square feet in the proposed project.
In addition to the Von Maur store, the project will include a retail space measuring 220,000 square feet and an office space measuring 100,000 to 150,000 square feet. Milwaukee-based NAI MLG Commercial is managing leasing for the project.For the full story, go to The Business Journal.
