NEW YORK CITY-Vornado Realty Trust has closed a deal to acquire a 95% interest at One Park Ave. NYU Langone Medical Center has signed a 21-year lease with Vornado Realty Trust to enlarge its space at the building to 367,584 square feet.
The medical center has leased additional 180,500 square feet at the tower situated between East 32nd and East 33rd streets. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Vornado and the minority partner, Murray Hill Properties, had in-house representation. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
