WASHINGTON, DC-Aztec Group, Inc. has secured financing in the amount of $3,500,000 for the 3301 M Street building. The mixed-use residential and retail building is situated in the center of Georgetown in Washington, DC.

The property, which also includes 6 underground parking spaces and 10 rental apartments, houses Qdoba Restaurant and Georgetown Cupcake. A New York-based conduit lender provided the financing.
